The Brighton Division of the Boston Municipal Court is located at 52 Academy Road, Brighton, MA 02135, which services the Allston and Brighton neighborhoods of Boston. All cases in the Brighton court are prosecuted by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. BMC Brighton is a small courthouse, however, it addresses arraignments, pre-trials, motions, bench trials and jury trials.
